The Accommodation fee for accompanying persons includes accommodation in hotel Croatia de luxe or hotel Supetar (or neighboring hotels), breakfast and lunch, refreshments, social events and local transportation airport-hotel-airport.
Any additional program for accompanying persons is optional. The Atlas Travel Agency offers several local excursions and cruises.

Ph.D. students must submit an official letter from the university attesting to their graduate (M.S. or Ph.D.) student status.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

All cancellations of registration must be written and addressed to the Conference Secretariat.  For cancellations received before October 1, 2001, there will be a 80% registration fee refund.

The official language of the conference is English.

Dimensions of the poster board are 100 (width) x150 (length) cm.

The discount is applicable on Croatia Airlines flights only, on tickets purchased in Croatia Airlines offices! To obtain the discount, a confirmed registration must be presented at the time of purchase.
The tickets with discount can be booked 2 months prior to the Conference, for travelling one week before, during, and one week after the Conference.

TRANSFER GUIDE – AIRPORT TO HOTEL

The Hotel Croatia is located 5 kms (3 miles) from the Dubrovnik Airport. Airport-hotel-airport transportation will be organized for all the participants.
